The Facility

Providence Park Hospital is a health destination campus with a free standing orthopedic Bone and Joint Center, the nationally renowned Assarian Cancer Center, a Staybridge Hotel, Medical Office Building, and a state-of-the-art hospital. The hospital houses 260 private in-patient beds, as well as the Van Elslander Neuroscience Center, the Craniofacial Institute, and a 49 private bed Emergency Center.

The Emergency Center services approximately 44,000 patients annually including 8,000 pediatric patients. The Emergency Center is divided into three areas: a 26 bed acute care unit; a 9 bed pediatric unit, and a 12 bed observation unit. The Emergency Center is staffed 24 hours per day by Board Certified Emergency Physicians and Pediatricians per the following schedule. The hospital provides back-up in all specialties including in-hospital support from Anesthesia, Obstetrics, Pediatric Intensivists, and hospitalist coverage of surgical, orthopedic, intensive care and medical specialties.
